I know...I know.... it sounds really woo- woo. I will be the first to admit that. And truthfully, until you experience Reiki- it is very difficult to fully explain.

To start we will spend some time discussing any wellness concerns you may have and any areas you would specifically like to focus on. My main goal is for you to feel completely comfortable and safe. Reiki can be administered with or without physical touch. For the Reiki treatment, you will lay on a massage table, fully clothed, with a warm blanket and eye pillow available. Throughout the treatment, you may feel a light touch on various parts of your body, warmth, tingling, pressure, or visualizations. All of these are normal, as are a variety of other sensations.Receiving Reiki is deeply relaxing and you might just fall asleep! After the session, we will have time to discuss any observations or sensations you may want to process.
